Mint Conditions Wellness Wednesday Mini Retreats offer a unique opportunity for individuals to take a break from their busy lives and focus on their well-being. The retreats are designed to combine the wisdom of Drs Jeff Lou and Shane Warren, who draw upon the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), yoga practice, and holistic psychotherapy to help participants live their best life.

 

TCM is a comprehensive system of medicine that has been used in China for over 2,000 years. It involves the use of acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, and dietary therapy to treat a wide range of health conditions. Jeff Lou, who is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, uses TCM principles to help individuals achieve balance in their body and mind.

Yoga practice is another important component of the mini-retreats.  Jeff and Shane, who are certified yoga teachers, coach participants through a series of yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to help them release tension, increase flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

 

Holistic psychotherapy is also a key part of the mini-retreats. Shane Warren uses a holistic approach to therapy that takes into account the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. 

 

Together Shane and Jeff, help participants explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and develop strategies for coping with stress, anxiety, and other emotional issues.
